淨資産就是 NET TANGIBLE ASSET, 簡稱 NTA
根據一間公司的年報
如果我們要算出它的每股淨資産 NET TANGIBLE ASSET 方法如下：
我們只要把公司的股東基金 (SHAREHOLDERS FUND) 除以它的股本 (SHARE CAPITAL) 再減去它的無形資産 INTANGIBLE ASSET 就可得到它的每股淨資産
每股淨資産就是 NET TANGIBLE ASSET per share 簡稱 NTA per share, 或者 NTA 就可以了
現在還有一個更簡單的方法可以很快的得到一間公司的最新每股淨資産
那就是通過 KLSE 的網站- www.klse.com.my
現在的股票公司每三個月就需要呈報它的業績
我們只要看一看它的每季的業績報告就可得知它的最新 NTA
因爲每間公司都有列明它的最新 NTA, 我們不用自己算
那麼 NTA 是從那兒來的呢?
爲什麼每間公司的 NTA 都不一樣?
每一間公司在剛剛成立時, 它的 NTA 一般上都是 1.00 零吉
讓我舉 2 個例子:
ABC 公司成立時的資本是 100 million 零吉, 分成 100 million 股
所以每股的 NTA 就是 1 零吉
開始營業的第一年它就淨賺了 20 million 零吉
因此在呈報第一年的業績時它的股東基金就是 120 million 零吉
因爲它的股本還是一樣的 100 million 股
所以它的每股淨資産 NTA 就是 1.20 零吉
(120 / 100 = 1.20)
XYZ 公司成立時的資本是 200 million 零吉, 分成 200 million 股
所以每股的NTA 就是 1 零吉
開始營業的第一年它就淨虧了 40 million 零吉
因此在呈報第一年的業績時它的股東基金就是 160 million 零吉
因爲它的股本還是一樣的 200 million 股，所以它的每股淨資産 NTA 就是 0.80 零吉
(160 / 200 = 0.80)
每間公司的業績都不一樣所以它們的 NTA 是不同的
那麼 NTA 有什麼重要？
NTA 越高就是說公司的累積盈利越多
NTA 高的股票派送紅股的機會就越高
假設 ABC 公司連續 5 年都淨賺 20 million，過了 5 年它的累積盈利就有 100 million
加上它本來的股本 100 million，它的股東基金就有 200 million
所以它的每股 NTA 就是 2.00 零吉
因此它就有能力派送 1 對 1 的紅股
當然派送了 1 對1 的紅股之後它的 NTA 就會變成 1.00 零吉
其實紅股對股東是沒有益處的
就好像我們把自己的一張 2 零吉的鈔票換成兩張 1 零吉的鈔票而已
數量增加，購買力沒有增加
NTA 只有 1.50 零吉的股票可以分發紅股嗎？
只要是賺來的就可以派送紅股
但是因爲它的 NTA 只有 1.50 零吉所以它最多只能每 2 股送1 股
紅 股 是 怎 樣 送 的？爲 什 麼 有 的 股 票 可 以1 張 送 多 張 ？
舉個例子：EON 現在的 NTA 是 9.60 零吉
它的票面值是 1 零吉
如果它要每 1 股送 1 股，在完成之後它的 NTA 就會變成 4.80 零吉 (9.60 / 2 = 4.80)
如果它要每 1 股送 3 股，在完成之後它的 NTA 就會變成 2.40 零吉 (9.60 / 4 = 2.40)
如果它要每 1 股送 7 股，在完成之後它的 NTA 就會變成 1.20 零吉 (9.60 / 8 = 1.20)
它不能每 1 股送 9 股，因爲它的 NTA 在完成之後只剩下 0.96 零吉
少過它的 1.00 零吉票面值 (9.60 / 10 = 0.96)
所以紅股要如何送法是由公司自己決定的
爲什麼有些公司年年賺大錢也從來沒有發紅股, 而它的 NTA 卻沒有增加？
有些公司每年都把賺來的錢當作股息分發給股東
所以它的 NTA 就不會增加

Without having problems before, I start to have problems with my otherwise good computer. This issues come from no-where and I can’t recall installing or changing anything that would cause this issue.
Everytime I plug my Speedtouch wireless USB stick into my Windows XP Computer (not laptop) windows reboots itself. Sometimes it does it immediately, other times it’ll take 10 seconds or even up to 5 minutes before it restarts. After rebooting it will enter a cycle of rebooting everytime the system gets as far as the mouse cursor. Ocassionally icons will appear and then it’ll reboot. As soon as I remove the USB device from the port it boots normally. I can run the computer, play games, work, do whatever and it’s okay until the USB wireless stick plugs in again.
I have tried the USB Wireless stick in every USB port available (2 fore and 2 aft). My USB keyboard and wireless mouse work fine in all the available USB ports.
I have run system restore, and gone back as far as I can with that.
I have tried an indentical Speedtouch USB network stick (running fine on another PC) and it does the same. Both sticks work in another PC.
I have removed and re-installed the Speedtouch software.
I have run a full AVG 8.0 Antivirus scan with no faults found.
I have run hijackthis and with nothing unusual.
I have the ‘automatically restart’ option undone in the system properties bar with reference to system failures.
I have run Dells System check from the Bios/Startup menu. It threw up a couple of USB connection faults that seemed hardware related. I don’t have those details as didn’t write them down but could get them if it’d help?
